Responsibilities
Schedules Maintenance team members to ensure proper coverage for the facility
Train team members in store policies, procedures and job duties
Communicates performance and training problems with the General Management team
Coordinates vendor invoices and intercompany transfers on a daily basis to ensure timely billing
Monitors and maintains all cleaning equipment to ensure operations are functioning properly
Cleans and replenishes store areas to department guidelines
Empties trash containers throughout the store
Maintains related equipment and supplies
Notifies management concerning the need for any major repairs
Sweeps, mops, vacuums, and scrubs retail floor space
Maintains and operates equipment, ie electric jack, forklift, etc
Snow removal, moving furniture, and assisting with event setup and breakdown
Basic repair tasks like replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains
Qualification
Required
Employee must be at least 18 years old
Employee must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred
Previous janitorial/supervisory experience preferred
