This role involves overseeing general ledger activities, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities
Manage all general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports for multiple entities
Monitor cash flow, prepare forecasts, and communicate funding needs
Develop and analyze budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
Process and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
Analyze financial data to support operational and strategic decision-making
Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and process improvements
Support system enhancements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA or Master's preferred)
5+ years of progressive accounting experience; healthcare or multi-entity experience preferred
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Paylocity; experience with reporting tools a plus
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
CPA or Master's degree
