Responsibilities

Assist in managing pharmacy technicians and delivery personnel to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to workflow standards

Perform prescription verification, drug utilization reviews, and patient consultations to ensure accurate dispensing and appropriate medication use

Maintain proper documentation, safeguard legend drugs, and ensure pharmacy operations comply with all state and federal regulations

Coordinate the provision of pharmaceutical services and delivery of medications to patients, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding patient profiles, prescription records, and sensitive health information

Contribute to pharmacy quality assurance programs to drive continuous improvement in service delivery and compliance

Partner with internal teams to support operational goals, clinical initiatives, and patient care improvements

Support the daily functioning of the pharmacy through diligent record-keeping, medication management, and leadership in workflow optimization
