Responsibilities

Respond quickly to inbound demo requests, website form submissions, and high-intent leads
Execute structured 24–48 hour follow-up for:
Marketing campaigns
Webinars and virtual events
Partner-generated leads
Maintain strict SLA discipline for all marketing-driven follow-up
Qualify inbound prospects using ICP criteria and structured discovery techniques
Personalize outreach based on:
Industry
Buyer persona
Enterprise application landscape
Assess fit, interest, urgency, and readiness for sales engagement
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure:
Clean lead handoffs
Accurate qualification
Smooth nurture progression
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly goals for:
Activity
SQL creation
Pipeline contribution
Develop a strong understanding of:
Worksoft’s platform and value propositions
Competitive landscape
Enterprise automation market trends
Provide actionable insights to Marketing on:
Messaging effectiveness
Persona behavior
Campaign performance
Maintain accurate documentation of activities, insights, and qualification notes in CRM systems
Continuously improve industry knowledge and outbound/inbound sales skills
Participate in training, enablement sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Attend industry events and conferences as needed to support pipeline generation

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Up to 2 years of experience in: Sales, Business development, SDR / BDR roles, Marketing follow-up or lead qualification
Strong communication skills with confidence engaging senior personas
High level of organization and attention to detail
Resilience and persistence in goal-driven environments
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred

Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ABM tools, or intent platforms
Exposure to B2B software or enterprise technology environments
