Business Development Representative (Inbound)
Worksoft empowers business and IT teams to deliver flawless enterprise applications faster and more efficiently. The Inbound Business Development Representative is responsible for managing and qualifying all inbound demand across various channels to convert it into high-quality sales opportunities.

Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound demo requests, website inquiries, and high-intent leads
Execute structured follow-up within defined SLAs for marketing campaigns, events, and partner-generated leads
Maintain consistent SLA discipline for all marketing-driven inquiries
Qualify inbound prospects using defined ICP criteria and structured discovery techniques
Assess prospect fit, interest, urgency, and readiness for sales engagement
Tailor outreach based on industry, buyer persona, and enterprise application context
Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure accurate qualification and clean handoffs
Support effective nurture progression and pipeline movement
Meet or exceed activity, SQL creation, and pipeline contribution targets
Build a strong understanding of Worksoft’s platform, value proposition, and competitive landscape
Provide actionable feedback to Marketing on messaging effectiveness and campaign performance
Maintain accurate activity, qualification, and insight documentation in CRM systems
Continuously develop inbound and outbound sales skills and industry knowledge
Participate in training, enablement, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Attend industry events and conferences as needed to support pipeline generation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Up to 2 years of experience in sales, business development, SDR/BDR roles, or lead qualification
Strong communication skills with confidence engaging senior-level stakeholders
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Resilience and persistence in goal-oriented environments
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ABM tools, or intent platforms
Exposure to B2B software or enterprise technology environments
