Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery—from planning, scope definition, and design through execution and closeout
Coordinate and align cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, product, supply chain, and finance) to ensure milestones, budgets, and performance targets are met
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers
Track progress against KPIs and prepare concise reports and executive updates for senior leadership
Support vendor and consultant selection, contract negotiation, and performance management (RFP/RFQ)
Champion project management standards and continuous improvement practices across the PMO
Facilitate effective communication and decision-making among global stakeholders
Mentor junior project staff and promote best practices in project governance
Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating critical issues when necessary
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field or 4–6 years of progressive project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet's, MS project, or Jira
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a global or matrixed organization
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence without direct authority
Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred
PMP, CAPM, or Lean Six Sigma Certification
Strong understanding of systems, integrations, or accounting principles
