This role is responsible for providing insights into SCM-related business performance and leading analytical efforts to improve efficiency and decision-making within the supply chain management team.

Responsibilities

Presents actionable data insights to SCM leadership concerning overall SCM performance as the basis for decision-making and strategic planning

Improves data warehouse design and develops Alteryx model and BI dashboards, including but not limited to KPI dashboards for on-time, fill rates, actual vs, plan, etc

Leads identification, implementation, configuration, and adoption of SCM systems and technology solution improvement

Develops analytics models, templates, tools, and automation to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and synergies across SCM

Leads the demand planning analysis and the workflows with cross-functional and departmental teams. Drives collaboration, and self-sufficient models where needed. Constantly refines SOP and methodologies to improve planning accuracy and efficiency

Manages the end-to-end periodic price audit process, from reporting to reconciliation with DCs and Accounting. Support the analysis for ad-hoc compliance cases to provide insights for SCM business partners for resolution

Leads and manages the reporting and ad-hoc financial analyses. Collaborates with all SCM business functions, Marketing and budgeting process

Supports the establishment of Process Improvement initiatives, including SOP and methodology. Identifies and leads top improvement opportunities for the department

Leads and performs ad-hoc analysis/ projects to support the strategic business needs of the department and PRG to improve business results and process efficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree required

5+ years of supply chain and business analytics experience with increasing management responsibility, preferably in a multi-unit food service organization

Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position

If hired, completion of annual store training
