Responsibilities
Determine guest needs and suggest products to enhance service and meet sales goals
Assists guests in the selection of their order and package guest orders according to established recipes and outlet standards
Operate an electronic cash register system to accurately and immediately account for payment transactions
Responsible for completing all day-to-day activities in work areas to maintain service, product quality and cashiering responsibilities in a sanitary, safe and effective manner
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
Complete all assigned opening and closing duties
Works well with others, especially F&B team members, F&B leadership team and slots leadership team
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Read, write, speak and understand English
Excellent customer service/communication skills
Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodation
Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
Must be able to reach above and below the shoulder, grip small items (i.e., flatware, plates, cups, glasses, etc.), bend, stoop and twist while carrying restaurant stock to and from supply areas; able to reach across tables; able to stand and walk for up to our hours; able to use hand motions when cleaning and wiping menus and table tops
Must be able to tolerate industry standard chemicals used for cleaning and sanitizing
Able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, bright lights
Able to work at a fast pace in an often crowded/noisy environment
Must be able to maintain a neat, well-groomed, professional appearance and uphold the company appearance standards
Must maintain good posture and poise throughout shift
Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 35 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
Preferred
Previous customer service experience in a high-volume operation preferred
