Manager, Training

Responsibilities

Work with the Human Resource business partner to identify training needs
Design online and on-site training and methodologies to facilitate the flow of information
Provide course review and refinement for company-wide training
Develop training to meet specific local legal requirements
Implement employee surveys and manage employee survey action plans
Deliver high-level leadership and management training
Drive innovative training solutions in support of organizational objectives
Analyze and apply best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
Develop objectives/activities, multimedia, and visual aids for online and in-person interactions
Facilitate needs assessments through focus groups, surveys, interviews, etc
Manage and monitor organizational training and development initiatives and cultural integration efforts
Partner with HR and other teams to establish and maintain effective appraisal methods and measurements
Design and execute ongoing development for Training and Development team members
Redesign and execute orientation and onboarding processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
Help develop and manage the Human Resources operational and labor budget
Provide leadership to Human Resources employees regarding company culture
Partner with fellow Human Resources Managers to work cohesively as one team
