Senior Director Technology Partners

The Senior Director of Technology Partners will develop and manage strategic partnerships with major Data Cloud providers, overseeing joint solution development and driving revenue growth through collaboration with executive leadership.

Responsibilities
Establishing overall partnership business plan to with agreed joint scorecard metrics
Identifying and executing new strategic partnership agreements for your managed Technology partners
Launch joint technology solutions to Cosell to customers and drive revenue growth
Manage executive engagement and sponsorship for Precisely ELT and partner ELT. Engage on joint publicity and marketing of the partnership
Leverage Marketplaces for expanded GTM and ensure Marketplace listings are in place
Manage strategic planning and business reviews with managed partners to ensure expectations are met
Function as an advocate for our strategic partnership between Precisely and partner sales teams to drive account planning, lead sharing and pipeline closing
Staying up to date on the cloud/analytics marketplace to identify the strongest partnership opportunities for Precisely
Execute on Partners’ programs to obtain partner status levels, earn incentives, MDF and participate in certifications and other partner program benefits
Develop a joint marketing plan with agreed marketing investments for the managed partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (Equivalent work experience will be accepted in place of the education requirement)
8-10 Years of experience in developing and executing strategic partnership agreements with Technology partners
Deep knowledge of Confluent (Kafka ecosystem) and hands‑on experience driving joint go‑to‑market initiatives with Data & AI solutions
Strong understanding of hyperscaler ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and marketplace strategies, including transactable offers and private deals
Project Management experience
Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast paced environment
Established relationships with C-suite executives (3+ years of demonstrated engagement)
Stellar written and verbal communication skills. English required
Travel is required: Yes ~50% when needed
Preferred
Sales experience in a software company is preferred
