GES - Global Experience Specialists is seeking an Operations Coordinator for their Hanging Sign/Rigging Department. The role involves assisting in the pre-planning of hanging sign needs for shows and ensuring accurate processing and communication with exhibitors on-site.

Responsibilities

Proactively contact exhibitors to assist in understanding how to place a hanging sign order

Follow-up contact with exhibitors to clarify orders

Process hanging sign orders and generating hard card packets for operations team on-site

Review and audit hanging sign orders against floor plans ensuring their accuracy

Track and log the exhibitor hanging sign information

Sharing of information through SharePoint when prepping orders for other cities

Communication through teams with city operation teams

Organize hanging sign orders to ensure correct dispatching at show site

Preparing the paperwork to be shipped in a timely manner to the cities

Service exhibitors that come up to the desk at show site with any new order, changes to orders, and service opportunities

Data entry and audit of hanging sign / rigging labor produced at show site

Prioritize tasks & responsibilities to meet deadlines and complete highest priorities first

Keep managers and Team Managers up to date on all issues

Perform all duties with the utmost integrity avoiding any conflict of interest between GES and any other entities

Perform other duties as assigned by management

Required

High School Diploma

Demonstrate leadership ability

Must be proficient in MS Office program

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with little supervision

Must have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and self-starter with an understanding of team goals
