Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of Community Solar power generation facilities
Manage our community solar program vendors to ensure cash flow for projects
Manage the relationship and performance of community solar customer aggregators
Ensure compliance with regulatory and compliance requirements and project agreements: Power Purchase Agreements/Subscriber Agreement, Operating Agreements, Lender & Credit Agreements, Operations and Maintenance Agreements
Collaborate with the operations engineering team to evaluate and improve operational performance
Ownership of Investor reporting KPIs, variance analysis, revenue and cash forecasting and other indicators of portfolio financial health
Liaise between Accounting and Technical Asset Management teams to timely answer any investor or lender inquiries
Contribute to special projects as requested

Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in the energy/utilities sector
Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
Self-motivated with the ability to manage diverse relationships, deadlines, and multiple, complex projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline preferred
Working knowledge of community solar
