Collaborate with internal business groups to define and deliver high-impact AI/ML products and solutions
Leads the strategic vision and roadmap for AI-driven features and components, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability to support growth
Provides advanced guidance on AI product strategy and technical leadership across multiple areas to drive organizational and functional effectiveness
Responsible for end-to-end AI product lifecycle, from inception to delivery, including effective integration with enterprise data systems
Supports strategic leadership in identifying and prioritizing AI initiatives to maximize business value, minimize risk, and grow the program
Consults with IT and business managers on AI-related issues and opportunities
Accountable for solving complex business problems through AI solutions, with a focus on measurable impact on the corporation's bottom line
Defines product requirements, develops user stories, and prioritizes backlog to ensure delivery of well-designed, testable, and efficient AI solutions
Analyzes market trends and competitive landscape to inform AI product strategy
Develops and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure AI product success and ROI
Actively participates in product reviews and demos
Ensures AI products adhere to security, privacy, and ethical AI principles
Influences broad-based AI strategy for large IT Divisions
Engages in continuous learning and stays abreast of emerging AI technologies
Educates business leaders on AI strategies and prepares compelling presentations on AI product value propositions
Advocates for innovative, creative AI solutions
Mentors junior product managers and fosters a culture of AI-driven innovation
Contributes to the achievement of AI product development objectives
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI/ML products in the financial services industry
Demonstrated track record of successfully launching AI-powered products that have delivered measurable business impact and ROI
Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, their applications in finance, and emerging trends in the field
Experience in agile methodologies and working closely with cross-functional teams
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions for senior leadership and clients
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels of the organization
Deep understanding of the financial services industry, regulatory landscape, and market dynamics
Experience in data-driven decision making and defining metrics for product success
Familiarity with responsible AI practices and ethical considerations in AI product development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance technical feasibility with business needs
Track record of driving product adoption and managing change within large organizations
Experience in conducting user research and incorporating feedback into product development cycles
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field
