Responsibilities

Process new hire paperwork including I-9s, W-4s, and state tax forms
Coordinate federal background investigations and security clearance documentation
Manage credentialing and licensing verification for healthcare professionals
Track and maintain personnel files in compliance with FAR/DFAR requirements
Coordinate with contracting officers on personnel security requirements
Support benefits enrollment and HRIS data entry
Ensure timely completion of all pre-employment requirements
Communicate status updates to recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates

Qualification

Required

2+ years HR experience, with at least 1 year in federal contractor on-boarding
Familiarity with eQIP, NBIS, or federal background investigation processes
Experience with I-9 compliance and E-Verify
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple on-boarding cases simultaneously
Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred

Experience with IHS or healthcare staffing
Knowledge of credentialing requirements for clinical staff
Familiarity with Service Contract Act (SCA) requirements
