Responsibilities
Lead MEP trades from submittal through commissioning and closeout
Conduct 3D coordination meetings and manage submittal approvals
Develop, monitor, and maintain MEP schedules with the field team
Review field installation, oversee testing/commissioning, and manage requisitions/contract changes
Guide MEP trade coordination and installation on site
Mentor and lead a small MEP team
Navigate complex federal, medical, data centre, or historical renovation projects
Qualification
Required
Strong MEP background with 10–15+ years of relevant construction/project management experience
Hands-on, detail-oriented working manager capable of coordinating with the general superintendent
Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience with federal projects, Corps of Engineers, or similar complex environments preferred
OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
Procore and P6 experience a plus
