Responsibilities

Manages a specialty asset portfolio within the Asset Management Group client trust and agency accounts
Provides expert advice and counsel in one of the following types of portfolios: loans and liabilities; farms, ranches, and timber; real estate; natural resources, private equity, or personal property
Responsible for the management, analysis, retention, development, and growth of these portfolios

Required

Five to eight years of experience in asset management and/or property management
Five to eight years of experience in real estate asset management

Preferred

CPM® and CCIM™ designations are preferred
Thorough knowledge of portfolio management, administration, and portfolio analysis/risk management
Thorough knowledge of fiduciary principles and the implications of financial and estate planning on asset strategies
Strong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills
Ability to identify and resolve moderate problems with minimal guidance
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and communication skills
Good negotiation and client management skills
Well-developed customer service/relations skills
