They are seeking a Finance Coordinator to support the Director of Finance and the Finance Department by performing a variety of accounting, administrative, purchasing, and coordination functions to ensure accurate financial processes and effective communication across departments.

Responsibilities
Finance & Administrative Support
Assist with daily accounting and administrative duties to support smooth department operations
Prepare, edit, and format financial correspondence, reports, and documentation
Manage data entry, spreadsheets, and reports for financial tracking and analysis
Maintain organized financial files and systems to support audits and month-end close
Support Purchasing through receiving and organizing incoming orders and running requisitions to departments throughout the Hotel
Department & Cross-Functional Coordination
Provide administrative support to the Director of Finance, including scheduling and departmental communications
Coordinate the flow of financial information between Finance and other departments
Support departmental and operational projects as assigned
Demonstrate strong customer service when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with computer applications; strong Excel skills required
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and follow through with minimal supervision
