$20/hr - $22/hrThe San Francisco Giants are looking for a Premium Concierge to join their Premium Seating Department and The Gotham Club. This role involves preparing luxury suites, greeting clients, and providing personalized service to premium clients and club members during games and events.

Responsibilities
Prepare Luxury Suites, The Gotham Club, Cloud Club and all other Premium Spaces before gates open to the public
Greet clients as they arrive
Check in members at host stands
Troubleshoot any ticket or premium related problems or requests throughout the game
Provide prompt, accurate, courteous and complete service of requests from premium clientele
Develop rapport and positive relationships with premium clients and their guests
Develop detailed knowledge of all premium spaces policies and procedures, food and beverage offerings in each venue, and upcoming events
Prepare Luxury Suites, The Gotham Club, Cloud Club, Premium Spaces and surrounding areas by setting up furniture for full operation prior to guests' arrival
Become experts in The Gotham Club space
Monitor The Gotham Game Room and ensure proper functioning of games and equipment
Provide customized service to regular guests by being proactive with their requests & attending to their recurring needs
Find ways to go above and beyond the service standards to provide ‘wow’ moments for our premium clients
Be the eyes and ears on the premium levels to better understand client preferences and needs daily
Qualification
Required
Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with the ability to work in new and different environments
Possess outstanding verbal communication skills
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a high capacity for prioritization and time management
Established professional and personable demeanor with a strong commitment to a dedicated work ethic and collaborative teamwork
Proven commitment to maintaining a polished professional image with high visibility to VIP clientele
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours on weekdays, weeknights and weekends according to the Giants home schedule
Must be available for AT LEAST 80% of all Giants home games
Capability to remain on your feet for hours at a time
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35lbs
