Responsibilities
Focuses on design and implementation of Digital Workflows throughout
Works closely with Operational Leadership, IT Team, Revenue Cycle, and Developers to develop and implement digital workflows
Demonstrates an ability to convert an analog workflow into a digital
Works in partnership with the Operation Teams to coordinate the testing and successful deployment of advanced digital workflows
Works side by side with both colleagues and other leadership on projects and initiatives
Work closely with RIS Support/Engineers, Clinical Systems Team, QA teams, and other stakeholders to define form specifications, resolve design challenges, and improve system functionality
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to establish and execute comprehensive testing protocols, ensuring all digital workflow functionalities operate seamlessly and meet performance standards across platforms
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of current Radiology Information System functionality emerging technologies
Provide support to end-users for digital workflow issues, troubleshoot problems, investigating all systems throughout the workflow and implement solutions as needed to enhance the user experience
Proactively report project progress and potential delays, providing strategic recommendations to address and resolve issues effectively
Provide training to colleagues, operations teams, new hires, IT departments, and acquisitions as needed, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development
Optimizing workflows and crafting job aids to enhance operational efficiency
Adhere to departmental policies and protocols, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and best practices to maintain operational efficiency and uphold organizational standards
Attain proficiency in RadNet Applications and systems, contributing to innovative solutions with existing features and promptly resolving system issues as they arise
Perform thorough system testing to ensure the precision and integrity of results, adhering to stringent quality standards and best practices to guarantee optimal performance and seamless functionality across all platforms
Qualification
Required
Basic SSRS experience
Must have strong JAVA Script experience
Must have SQL experience
Required 2 years' experience in Clinical Setting
IS Professional with RIS experience
Excellent communication skills including speaking in front of
Ability to communicate and educate complex technical topics via written and verbal
Demonstrate ability to successfully drive projects to completion
Proven ability to work independently with minimal
Excellent organizational, time management and communication
Ability to travel (~20% of time)
