The Senior Specialist, AI RFP Development & Content Management will enhance the RFP development process using AI and automation tools, manage the proposal content library, and collaborate across teams to optimize workflows and improve proposal quality.

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize AI and machine learning features within RFP development platforms (e.g., QorusDocs, RFPIO, or equivalent)
Enhance automated response generation by training AI models on past RFPs, corporate messaging, and subject matter expertise
Collaborate with Proposal Managers, Sales, and SMEs to integrate AI-assisted workflows that improve efficiency and accuracy
Continuously evaluate AI tool performance, recommend improvements, and implement updates to align with evolving business needs
Curate, organize, and maintain the proposal content library to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
Establish governance processes for content updates, version control, and expiration
Partner with SMEs to validate technical and functional content for readiness and usability
Develop taxonomies, metadata tagging, and search optimization to ensure rapid access to relevant content
Partner with Proposal Managers, Creative Writers, and ROI Analysts to align AI use cases with business objectives
Deliver training sessions and create best-practice guides to enable wider adoption of AI-enhanced RFP workflows
Act as a subject matter expert for AI in proposal development, staying up to date on emerging technologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in proposal development, sales enablement, content management, or related role
Hands-on experience with RFP software platforms (QorusDocs, RFPIO, Loopio, or similar)
Demonstrated knowledge of AI/ML applications, natural language processing (NLP), or generative AI in a business context
Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with prompt engineering and training AI systems to align outputs with corporate messaging
Familiarity with content governance frameworks and knowledge management best practices
Ability to analyze data and generate insights on response quality, efficiency, and win-rate improvements
