Commercial Supply Analyst

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Director of Commercial Development, Regional Supply Managers, Lead Traders, and the VP of Commercial. Serve as the primary contact for Front Office interactions with Back Office and Middle Office teams
Develop visual aids and reporting tools in collaboration with the Business Analytics team using Microsoft Power BI. Produce insightful analyses to inform better decision-making. Understand the intricacies of internal and proprietary systems, including how data is structured, connected, and can be accessed within these frameworks
Support contract documentation, review, summarization, and compliance tracking. Ensure all business partners are aligned with agreed-upon terms
Set up new supply sources (locations, offerings, pricing) internally and externally, and conduct audits of terminal liftings to ensure adherence to the supply plan
Act as the first point of contact for issues related to terminal rack lifting activity. Work with the Accounting Department to resolve vendor invoicing errors
Manage company-wide subscriptions and expenditures. Conduct analysis of pricing and freight mechanisms for both short- and long-term supply opportunities
Analyze new market, product, and store opportunities. Run RFPs (requests for proposals) to identify and manage new supply sources. Lead and collaborate on commercial projects to drive growth and profitability

Required

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
0-3 years of professional experience in finance, logistics, business, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Proficiency in Power Bi
