Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data orchestration workflows that support analytics, personalization, and marketing use cases
Implement, configure, and support Adobe Experience tools including Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Launch, and Adobe Journey Optimizer
Support and enhance Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations, ensuring high-quality data ingestion, transformation, and activation across channels
Implement and maintain website data collection and tagging solutions using Adobe Launch and other tag management tools when applicable
Use JavaScript to support tagging, tracking logic, and custom data collection requirements
Validate data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple systems, platforms, and data sources
Analyze and troubleshoot data flows to identify gaps, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization
Partner with analytics, engineering, and business teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical data solutions
Support integrations between Adobe tools and third-party systems and platforms
Document data architectures, tracking plans, data models, and implementation standards
Contribute to continuous improvement of data engineering, analytics, and implementation best practices
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience tools, specifically Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Launch, and Adobe Journey Optimizer
Solid experience working with JavaScript for website tagging, tracking, and data collection implementations
Strong database experience and understanding of data storage, data modeling, and querying concepts
Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and managing data ingestion and activation workflows
Strong background in data engineering concepts including data structures, data pipelines, data orchestration, and data movement
Hands-on experience implementing and managing website tagging and tracking solutions
A hybrid background combining data engineering and analytics or implementation engineering experience
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile or Scrum environments
Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
