Responsibilities

Responsible for delivering optimal availability and quality regarding the wireless network services

Participate in daily stand ups and utilize the kanban methodology to triage and resolve incidents and problems within established SLAs

As directed by senior engineers, participate in shift lead duties to serve as 'queue managers' to ensure each escalated issue is efficiently assigned, actively being worked by expediting resolution and fulfillment to meet SLAs

Assist with proactive measures such as network monitoring, analysis, maintenance/patching, and documentation

Provide suggestions to management on continuous improvements in regards to communications, customer understanding, tools, technology, and equipment
