Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of allied health services for NYCDOE school-aged students
Collaborate with therapists and other staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Develop and maintain relationships with school and district staff to promote program growth and expansion
Plan and manage full life-cycle recruitment of therapists
Conduct program assessments and identify areas for improvement to enhance program quality and efficiency
Provide training and support to program staff on program procedures and policies
Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
5 years of experience preferred, and relevant education or training will be considered
Strong understanding of allied health services and NYCDOE regulations
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
