Responsibilities

Prepare category strategies and work closely with business stakeholders and the other team members to support business goals, drive revenue and profitability

Conduct training sessions and provide training material to internal and external stakeholders

Actively manage stakeholders’ requirements and expectations throughout each project while maintaining the product vision and release plans

Collaborate closely with team members. Clarify requirements and make timely decisions on execution details

Demonstrated analytical skills, including the ability to gather data, assess trends, identify gaps, use imperfect data to draw reasonable conclusions, and assemble a set of recommendations supported by numerical facts

Project management skills, including a demonstrated ability to develop a project schedule with key milestones, resources, costs and some assessment of risk; track progress; and accurately report the status of the project

Communicate clearly with multiple teams collaborate with the design teams and train all internal support teams on new releases

Required

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university (Technical, Supply Chain or Engineering)

2-4 years of related experience in previous Category Management experience

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals

MS Word proficiency
