Responsibilities
Support senior bankers in executing M&A and capital markets transactions
Build and maintain financial models, perform valuation analyses, and prepare client presentations
Conduct industry and company research to support deal origination and execution
Participate in due diligence and coordinate with clients, legal teams, and other stakeholders
Assist in managing relationships with investors and strategic partners
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in investment banking, commercial banking, or real estate lending (strong Analysts considered)
Strong technical skills in financial modeling and valuation
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Ties to Las Vegas (family, partner, prior residency, etc.) or strong affinity for the region
Interest in gaming, real estate, and middle-market transactions
