Responsibilities
Define and govern the enterprise data architecture vision, standards, and technical roadmap aligned with business strategy
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data architects and modelers while establishing best practices and design patterns
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions across Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks
Partner with engineering, analytics, BI, and governance teams to deliver compliant, end-to-end data solutions
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in data and analytics, including 5+ years in a Data Architecture role
Deep expertise in modern cloud data platforms, with proven experience on Microsoft Azure
Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and Databricks for data warehousing and lakehouse architectures
Demonstrated leadership experience with excellent communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
Tech Stack: Azure, Snowflake, Erwin, dbt
