Responsibilities
Coordinate with the Section Manager and Team Lead to support the network availability and integrity with confidentiality and security
Communicate, investigate, triage, monitor, and respond to security incidents, events, alerts, and issues according to standard operating procedures and in collaboration with NS Operations
Contribute to alert thresholds refinements and contribute to continuous improvements to the Security Section for the benefit of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with Security SMEs on best practices
Assist with mid-level and junior network security engineers on tasks as needed
Mentor mid-level and junior network security engineers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's with 5 - 8 years of IT engineering experience (or commensurate experience)
Ability to maintain a Public Trust clearance
