Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews, in-person and virtual, ensuring all parties are well-informed of the details
Communicate with the Recruiters with regards to the recruitment process, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns
Assist with the coordination of job fairs, career events, and other recruitment initiatives
Process all new hire request , offer letters and onboarding
Coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks, and drug screenings, as required
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and excel trackers ensure data integrity
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, such as preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire paperwork
Participate in the onboarding process by coordinating orientation schedules and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an attention to detail
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
Proactive and resourceful mindset, with the ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently
Bilingual, Spanish/English highly preferred

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Must be able to carry and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds
Must be able to speak clearly in group settings
This position will require sitting for long periods of time, walking, standing, bending, as well as using fine motor skills, such as finger dexterity

Preferred

Bilingual, Spanish/English highly preferred
Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator, HR assistant, or in a similar role is preferred
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
