Performance Account Manager

Univision Communications Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Performance Account Manager to join their growing team. This hybrid role involves managing key components of linear and digital media strategy, campaign execution, and client servicing from pre-sale through post-sale, while building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute linear and digital media plans, responding to RFPs with strategic and creative ideas that meet client KPIs
Implement media plans in platforms such as Operative and manage end-to-end campaign workflows
Liaise with creative, production, and AdOps teams to ensure timely and accurate launch of linear and digital campaigns
Monitor and optimize campaign performance, providing post-campaign recaps and insights for future opportunities
Serve as the primary point of contact for agency counterparts and internal departments such as Pricing & Planning, Inventory, Ad Compliance, Traffic, and Billing
Ensure stewardship of deals, monitor campaign delivery, and manage schedule/programming updates
Track and resolve billing discrepancies, ensure accurate documentation for invoicing, and assist with administrative support to sales teams
Manage promotional assets and special integrations alongside Senior Sales Executives
Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and cross-functional partners
Deliver proof of performance materials such as launch screenshots and post-campaign decks
Support the flow of information between teams to ensure alignment and transparency

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years in digital marketing, media sales, or advertising operations—ideally at a media company, digital publisher, or agency
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and general Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Understanding of linear and digital industry terminology and media math
Must be able to work from our New York office
Employment and education verification required
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Preferred

Experience with ad management platforms like Wide Orbit, Operative, Google Ad Manager, DCM, or Innovid (a plus)
Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required
