Digital Marketing Director
The Keller Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Director to lead strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives. This role will oversee full-funnel initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion while collaborating with cross-functional leaders to ensure cohesion across every touchpoint.
Responsibilities
Own and elevate the overarching digital marketing vision, ensuring all channels work together to support organizational growth and audience acquisition
Develop integrated strategies spanning paid media, lifecycle campaigns, web experiences, and conversion pathways
Identify opportunities to expand reach, improve efficiency, and strengthen digital impact across regions and audiences
Translate business goals into actionable digital priorities and roadmaps
Establish meaningful success metrics across campaigns, channels, and funnels
Monitor performance trends and turn insights into clear recommendations and thoughtful next steps
Oversee testing frameworks to continuously improve outcomes
Build and maintain reporting structures and dashboards that make complex data easy to understand and act on
Provide strategic direction across paid digital channels, including search, social, and other performance-driven platforms
Ensure budgets are allocated intentionally and adjusted based on performance and seasonality
Partner with internal specialists and external vendors to maintain high execution standards
Stay close enough to platforms to troubleshoot, evaluate opportunities, and guide optimizations when needed
Oversee website and landing page performance with a focus on usability, clarity, and conversion
Partner with cross-functional teams to reduce friction across inquiry, application, and engagement flows
Support marketing automation and CRM-driven customer journeys that nurture audiences throughout the lifecycle
Champion audience-first thinking across digital touchpoints
Manage, coach, and support a growing digital marketing function
Work cross-functionally with creative, content, PR, and leadership partners to ensure alignment and shared goals
Contribute to a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement
Serve as a trusted digital advisor to senior stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in related field of study
Min. 7 years of experience in a strategic and tactical focused role with at least 3 years of leadership experience
Proven success driving measurable results across multiple marketing channels
Strong analytical mindset with experience using dashboards, attribution models, and reporting tools to guide decisions. (Tableau, LookerStudio, etc.)
Hands-on familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems
