They are seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage U.S. payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance while handling sensitive data and payroll processing.

Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly U.S. payroll and support Canada payroll processing
Process commissions, severance payments, and off-cycle payrolls as needed
Validate payroll registers, ensuring accuracy from gross-to-net calculations
Process and reconcile 401(k) and HSA contributions against payroll registers
Respond to payroll tickets and employee payroll inquiries
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies (e.g., incorrect bank details)
Support state tax compliance and respond to notices using ADP Smart Compliance
Process monthly RSU payroll activity and ongoing ESPP transactions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of payroll processing experience (U.S. required; Canada a plus)
Hands-on experience with Workday HCM
Hands-on experience with ADP and ADP Smart Compliance
Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs required)
Strong understanding of payroll registers, deductions, and reconciliations
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
