Kellogg Staffing is partnering with a growing transaction advisory practice seeking an experienced Transaction Advisory Manager to lead financial due diligence engagements for middle-market and private-equity clients. The role involves managing engagements end-to-end, overseeing teams, and serving as a trusted advisor to various clients across a broad range of transactions.

Responsibilities

Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements from kickoff through final deliverables
Oversee analysis of quality of earnings, working capital, EBITDA normalization, cash flow, and net debt
Identify transaction risks, key value drivers, and deal considerations and communicate findings clearly to clients
Review and prepare detailed financial analyses, reports, and executive-level presentations
Act as primary client contact, building strong relationships with private equity and corporate clients
Manage, coach, and develop senior associates and associates across multiple engagements
Coordinate with investment bankers, legal advisors, and internal transaction teams
Ensure timely delivery, technical accuracy, and consistency with firm quality standards
Support business development initiatives, including proposals and client pitches

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA required or strongly preferred
6–8+ years of experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, or audit with significant deal exposure
Current or recent experience at a Top-20 public accounting firm (Big 4, national, or large regional firm)
Proven experience leading buy-side and sell-side engagements
Strong GAAP knowledge and understanding of transaction-related accounting issues
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
Experience working with private-equity-backed and middle-market companies
Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fully remote environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior-level stakeholders

Preferred

Dedicated TAS/FDD background (vs. audit-only)
Experience supporting private equity add-on acquisitions and platform investments
Exposure to manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, technology, or business services
Prior remote or hybrid work experience
