Responsibilities
Customer research & iteration — Communicate with customers and end users to gather feedback (interviews, walkthroughs, surveys), synthesize insights, and iterate on design concepts to improve usability and clarity
Design production & demos — Create low/high-fidelity wireframes and visual mockups; prepare and deliver demo-ready design walk-throughs to customers and internal stakeholders
Front‑end implementation — Convert approved designs into clean, maintainable CSS/SCSS within the application; partner with developers to align styling, components, and accessibility standards across HTML, JavaScript, and React
Issue hygiene — Review and update Git/GitLab issues to ensure clarity, accurate status, labels, acceptance criteria, and links to design artifacts and documentation
Team ceremonies — Attend project and team meetings (standups, planning, reviews, retros) and contribute to delivery commitments
Technical collaboration — Participate in developer discussions (architecture, components, theming, design tokens), provide UI/UX input, and help document decisions
Qualification
Required
Experience in UI/UX design with a focus on customer feedback and usability
Proficiency in creating low/high-fidelity wireframes and visual mockups
Ability to convert designs into clean, maintainable CSS/SCSS
Experience working with HTML, JavaScript, and React
Familiarity with Git/GitLab for issue tracking and documentation
Strong communication skills for collaborating with customers and stakeholders
Experience participating in team ceremonies and project meetings
