Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability and optimal performance

Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and UI policies

Manage user access, roles, and permissions

Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and apply fixes promptly

Implement updates, patches, and upgrades in alignment with best practices

Support integrations with other enterprise systems

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures

Required

A Bachelor's Degree is required

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

A minimum of FIVE (5) years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience

Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD 'SECRET' security clearance; candidates must obtain an approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse

Strong understanding of ServiceNow core modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge)

Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)

Knowledge of data imports, reporting, and dashboards

Understanding of ITIL processes

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Good communication and collaboration skills
