Responsibilities
Identify acquisition opportunities through contacts with brokers, builders, bankers, landowners, engineers, planners, attorneys, municipal officials, and in-house contacts
Prepare, interpret and present various financial analyses, as well as statistical market analyses
Negotiate land deals and present them to senior leaders
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4 years' related experience in Land Acquisition
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to prepare, interpret and present various financial analyses
Ability to prepare, interpret and present statistical market analyses
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication skills
Must maintain a valid driver's license
