Responsibilities
Gather and interpret requirements
Analyze business processes
Collaborate on digital, data, and AI-driven solutions to drive measurable business impact and transform the way we work
Partner with Private Markets investment and portfolio teams
Lead initiatives to enhance portfolio company management and the asset management lifecycle through innovation and strategic insights
Build analytics frameworks
Uncover actionable insights
Collaborate with engineering teams
Ensure data quality
Support the implementation of new solutions through user testing, training, and feedback
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of Business Analyst experience within Asset Management, with strong preference in Private Markets
Strong understanding of the importance of user experience and user outcomes, alongside functionality
Proven experience rolling out digital tools that support investment teams with portfolio monitoring, portfolio operations, or value creation initiatives, and proficiency with Chronograph, iLevel, 73 Strings, or similar implementations
Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence tools, with experience working with both structured and unstructured data for portfolio monitoring and analysis, portfolio operations and value creation
Prior experience the investment lifecycle, portfolio monitoring, valuation, and reporting processes
