Responsibilities
Directly manage inbound inquiries across various channels, qualifying leads to drive significant pipeline growth for Cisco
Partner with internal sales teams to progress these qualified leads, directly impacting revenue generation and market expansion
Enhance lead management processes to improve conversion efficiency and ensure data integrity across critical systems, contributing to operational excellence
Uncover new revenue opportunities through up-sell and cross-sell identification, making a tangible impact on Cisco's financial success and market reach
Qualification
Required
Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, of a certification or relevant degree program (e.g., Associates, Apprenticeship, Boot Camp, or Certification in a specialized program + 1 year of relevant experience, High School Diploma + 2 years of relevant experience) or Bachelors + 0 years of relevant experience. Relevant fields include: Business, Supply Chain, Communications, Mathematics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, etc
Inbound/ outbound sales and/or lead-generation experience in a high-tech or SaaS company
Fluent in English
Able to legally live and work in the country of application without visa support or sponsorship
Preferred
Passion for innovative technology and ability to quickly learn new IT software products and understand business-critical solutions
Curious and enjoys solving complex problems
Understands the importance of adapting communication style effectively to different audiences
