Responsibilities

Drive upstream marketing activities, including market research, customer segmentation, and identification of unmet customer needs
Develop concepts in alignment with portfolio strategy, long-range planning, and innovation roadmap
Build and validate business cases for new product opportunities, including market sizing, financial modeling, and competitive analysis
Partner with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and downstream marketing to integrate customer insights into product development
Actively fosters a culture of innovation and accountability
Present portfolio strategies and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Ensure alignment with global and regional marketing teams for successful product launches and lifecycle management

Required

Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, product management, or strategy, or 5 years of experience in marketing, product management, or strategy with an advanced degree
Must have upstream marketing experience, including product strategy and portfolio management

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Engineering, or similar, MBA or advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or strategy, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
Experience working in a regulated environment (Patient monitoring or other Med Tech experience)
Track record of bringing new products from concept to market
