Responsibilities

Support Content Syndication : Organize and upload product content (images, descriptions, specs) to syndication platforms for major retailers
Ensure Content Accuracy : Monitor and verify that all updates are live and accurate across retailer websites
Troubleshoot Issues : Identify and resolve content publication errors between syndication platforms and retailers
Become a Platform Pro : Get certified in key content management and syndication tools and become a subject matter expert (SME)
Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work closely with Digital Content Analysts and Managers to deliver high-quality service to clients
Grow Your Skills : Participate in ongoing training and development, including Acosta’s required learning programs

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred (but not required)
Proficiency in Excel and web-based tools
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and terminology
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset

Preferred

Experience with Asana or similar project management tools is a plus
Experience in the CPG industry is a plus, but not required
