The role involves creating high-quality training materials, conducting training for employees and customers, and ensuring the effectiveness of training programs.

Mechanical Or Industrial Engineering

Responsibilities

Acquires an understanding of EEE organization, product lines, procedures, service facilities, manufacturing facility and methods

Continually update the training material for improvements or changes in product lines: presentations and manuals for all EEE products

Internally works with the Technical Service Engineers to understand their training needs

Helps design new training courses and change existing ones for better impact

Creates ideas and material which will communicate knowledge while being able to keep the customer's attention focused on the actual material

Determines depth of material coverage for training programs to obtain maximum effectiveness in time given

Evaluates, justifies, and orders new models to assist in the training programs

Photographs equipment/parts/classes for training advertising/material

Updates training material (PowerPoints and manuals)

Reviews Service Engineering Bulletins to determine technical training issues

Tracks repair center employees training records-- constantly updating completion records

Assures all training documentation is maintained on record for audit purpose

Semi-annual review of repair center employee records to note training deficiencies and schedule to correct

Required

BS degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in rotating equipment training activities

Individual must have a strong background in rotating equipment

The individual should have experience in training, program development, project management, etc. Preferably, experience in maintenance, operations, components, and troubleshooting of steam turbines and compressors

Individual must have good communication skills (verbal and written), organization skills, and computer skills, (experience with PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, etc.)

Individual would be expected to be familiar with EEE products

Ideal candidate must have sufficient technical or mechanical ability to grasp ideas and organize them into easily understood presentations, illustrations, and/or written descriptions

Classroom presentation training ability is mandatory
