Manufacturing

Responsibilities

Directly support Operations to ensure that the production processes and unit operations are run at optimum conditions

Provide daily operational troubleshooting and problem solving on emergent issues. Analyze and resolve production problems

Evaluate and maintain production process capability and provide documented OQE to ensure processes are efficient and capable of achieving production goals

Evaluate manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improved technology and equipment

Monitor overall process operations and develop solutions to a broad range of technical problems applying industrial engineering and/or lean manufacturing principles and concepts

Develop manufacturing processes for new products (CLB and/or VPM) as applicable

Study and recommend process improvements to increase productivity, improve quality and reduce waste
