Responsibilities

Provides technical input for all maintenance requests that are entered into project-identified change management

Perform all activities related to technical maintenance and administration of the SAP environments

Provide SAP HANA support

Provide SAP DBA and limited OS support as it relates to the SAP Landscape

Provide proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of the SAP Landscape

Develop and maintain appropriate documentation for system activities and ensure change control is followed as necessary

Participate in application updates and upgrade projects

Perform system refreshes

Conduct performance tuning

Participate in on-call support rotation

Handle technology issues and escalate as necessary to expert level help

Execute projects when requested

Implement process improvement measures within the environment

Required

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Production SAP environment

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a single area: SAP Basis R/3, SAP Basis NetWeaver, SAP Basis BW, SAP Basis XI/PI, SAP Basis SCM, SAP Portals, SAP ECC 6

Minimum of 1 year of experience RDBMS Management

Minimum of 1 year of Operating System / knowledge of system commands and structures

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree must have equivalent (minimum 6 years' work experience.)
