This role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the bank's core processing platform, ensuring data integrity, system availability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the Jack Henry SilverLake core banking system, ensuring system performance, availability, and stability

Oversee upgrades, patches, and enhancements in coordination with Jack Henry support and internal IT teams

Monitor system logs, troubleshoot issues, and escalate with vendors as necessary

Manage parameter changes, system configurations, and application interfaces (ATM, mobile, internet banking, loan origination, etc.)

Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures

Administer user accounts, security groups, and access privileges in Active Directory and SilverLake

Perform user provisioning and de-provisioning in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards

Regularly review and audit access rights to ensure proper segregation of duties

Collaborate with IT security and compliance teams to enforce identity management best practices

Support access control for ancillary banking systems integrated with the core

Ensure compliance with FFIEC, GLBA, and other applicable banking regulations

Support internal and external audits by providing required system access reports and documentation

Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and incident response efforts

Implement and monitor security policies related to core system access and Active Directory

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related experience

3+ years of relevant experience

Strong troubleshooting skills

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff

Preferred

3+ years of Microsoft Active Directory administration and user access management

Knowledge of IT security best practices

Experience with IT audits and security assessments
