The role involves coordinating and managing multiple home improvement projects, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent communication, and dependable client service.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary project lead, supporting clear communication among clients, sales consultants, carpenters, and trade contractors
Manage and coach field personnel, including performance management and training
Participate in estimating, reviewing specifications, and preparing questions prior to start
Order materials, coordinate permits, and prepare job information packets
Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate on-site layout and readiness for trade contractors
Monitor all job costs, update budgets, and ensure projects remain financially sound
Prepare and process change orders, approve invoices, verify timesheets, and handle client billing
Conduct safety inspections, uphold jobsite safety standards, and ensure final inspections and punch list completion
Build long-term client relationships and uphold Neil Kelly’s service standards
Qualification
Required
Experience in residential construction, remodeling, or handyman-level project management
Ability to lead and coordinate the work of field personnel and trade contractors
Strong scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and job-costing abilities
High-level customer service skills and the ability to maintain strong client relationships
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and listening skills
Proficiency with computers and strong documentation habits
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-centered environment
Good driving record
Provide own vehicle capable of transporting materials
