They are seeking a Senior Enterprise Growth Marketer to scale their enterprise pipeline, drive net-new enterprise demand, and position their product as a leader for larger brands.

Responsibilities

Owning enterprise pipeline generation, with clear accountability to revenue outcomes
Developing and executing multi-channel demand programs to drive net-new enterprise accounts
Partnering with Sales to define target accounts, prioritize segments, and support deal progression
Building and refining enterprise positioning, messaging, and value propositions
Translating product capabilities, PLG traction, and customer results into compelling enterprise stories
Creating sales enablement assets (decks, one-pagers, case studies, competitive insights) to support enterprise deals
Supporting product launches and feature rollouts with enterprise-focused GTM strategies
Using performance data, deal feedback, and customer insights to continuously optimize campaigns and funnel conversion
Helping shape the company’s enterprise narrative and credibility in the market

Required

4–6+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a strong focus on enterprise or mid-market demand generation
Experience supporting an enterprise sales motion, ideally within a hybrid PLG + sales-led GTM model
Deep understanding of ICP definition, segmentation, and enterprise buyer journeys
Proven ability to design and execute campaigns that drive qualified pipeline, not just awareness
Experience partnering closely with Sales to align on targets, accounts, messaging, and conversion goals
Comfort working across channels such as ABM, content, paid, lifecycle, events, partnerships, and with modern GTM tools and approaches
Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with fluency in SaaS funnel metrics and tools like HubSpot, GA4, lifecycle platforms, and spreadsheets
A track record of collaborating cross-functionally to drive pipeline, conversion, and revenue impact
