Power Platform & Integration Analyst
COLSA is seeking a Power Platform & Integration Analyst to support our customer on Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. This role drives low-code automation and data integration across Microsoft 365, JIRA, Salesforce, and Tableau environments, advancing mission efficiency through intelligent design and seamless connectivity.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain solutions using SharePoint and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Integrate Connectors and APIs with JIRA, Salesforce, and Tableau
Embed integrations and workflows within Microsoft Teams
Identify process deficiencies and design automation to reduce repetitive tasks and human error
Streamline cross-environment processes from Microsoft 365 → JIRA → Salesforce
Create interactive analyst applications and dashboards; PowerApps required
Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies including AI, automation, and advanced data visualization
Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and deliver measurable improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 7-12 years of related experience
Strong foundation in SharePoint and Power Platform development
Proven experience integrating with REST APIs and third-party platforms (JIRA, Salesforce, Tableau)
Hands-on experience building interactive dashboards and analyst apps; PowerApps is a must
Focus on low-code solutions and rapid deployment
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills
U.S. Citizenship required; must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
Preferred
Scripting experience with PowerShell and/or Python (beneficial but not required)
Familiarity with Teams application integration and automation patterns
Experience defining KPIs and creating data visualizations that drive decision-making
