Administers enterprise messaging environments, ensuring secure and available email operations
Manage Microsoft Exchange Online and M365 integration
Oversee email routing, spam filtering, and backup configurations
Ensure compliance with DOT records management and data retention policies
Provide Tier 3 email support and configuration documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Information Technology or Network Administration
Certifications: Microsoft Exchange Server / M365 Administrator
Certifications: Security+
Experience: 5–8 years in email operations
Clearance: Public Trust
