The role involves guiding solution design, ensuring successful rollout execution, and collaborating with business and IT leaders to enhance EWM capabilities and improve supply chain efficiencies.

Responsibilities
Lead embedded EWM solution architecture and roadmap across multiple sites, ensuring standardization, scalability, and adherence to S/4HANA best practices
Serve in a joint leadership capacity driving rollout execution for plants, warehouses, and distribution centers, providing direction on configuration, integration, and data readiness
Partner with business and IT teams to define the long-term support and sustainment model for EWM and related logistics solutions
Collaborate with functional leads and process owners to identify opportunities to extend EWM and S4 capabilities, enabling process transformation and operational excellence
Translate warehouse and logistics requirements into SAP designs that drive efficiency, accuracy, and business agility
Provide expert guidance on EWM design, including master data, RF framework, labor management, resource management, and cross-module integration (MM, PP, SD, TM)
Facilitate design workshops, fit/gap analysis, and solution validation across cross-functional teams
Mentor and develop internal team members to build strong EWM and S/4HANA competencies
Advise program and supply chain leadership on solution scalability, performance optimization, and roadmap evolution
Qualification
Required
Ten or more years of SAP experience, including 3+ years dedicated to SAP EWM embedded within large S/4HANA programs
Minimum of five years of EWM configuration and troubleshooting experience
Proven track record leading EWM design and deployment across multiple manufacturing or distribution sites
Strong understanding of supply chain and warehouse management processes and best practices, from inbound/outbound logistics to inventory, picking/packing, shipping, and resource management
Experience defining long-term support and continuous improvement strategies for SAP environments
Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with a strong ability to influence and mentor others
Preferred
SAP certification in Supply Chain Execution strongly preferred
