Senior Survey Technician

Duties may also include laboratory testing of soils and office work

Qualification
Required
8 years of experience minimum required, in the building design consulting or construction industry
Fully knowledgeable of company standards, plans and specifications
Capable of interpreting project plans and direct client contact
Demonstrates expertise with various common job site conditions, problems encountered in assigned territory, and proper procedures for rectification
Able to manage total Client-Contractor-Project Manager liaison
Makes documentation entries using IDR's or ICORS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Must always maintain professional conduct
Valid driver's license required with ability to be insured by IMEG carrier
Advanced/Proficient in Microsoft and MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to travel up to 40% with occasional overnight stays
Regularly required to sit, walk, stand, talk, see, hear, and lift objects up to 25 pounds
Occasionally required to drive, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, reach with hands or arms, and grasp or pull
Will have limited exposure to outside weather conditions and loud noises
Preferred
Associates degree, or certificate, in Building Information Modeling (BIM), or Engineering preferred
10 years of experience preferred, in the building design consulting or construction industry preferred
